1470 Cafe is a project born from the desire to harmonize minimalist design with the vibrant, local coffee culture of the Philippines. My goal was to create a visual identity that felt both sophisticated and accessible, grounding the brand in a clean, modern aesthetic that stands out in a crowded market. By focusing on intentional typography and a restrained color palette, I aimed to ensure every touchpoint—from the logo to the menu boards—communicates a sense of quality and focus.
The design process began with deep exploration into the cafe's mission, translating its core values into a cohesive visual language. I prioritized creating assets that were not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, allowing the cafe to scale its branding across physical and digital formats seamlessly. This project highlights my ability to take a brand's abstract vision and distill it into a sharp, memorable identity that resonates with its intended audience.
Ultimately, this branding package serves as a testament to the power of simplicity in design. By removing visual noise, I was able to create a space that allows the customer's experience to take center stage. Through this collaboration, I was able to establish a brand architecture that supports the cafe's growth and fosters a genuine connection with its community.
